BD Role & responsibilities

• To create demand from Institutional segments like Hotels, Schools, Colleges, Factories and Hospitals for products and Services.

• To create awareness of end to end services, and communicating the offers to clients

• To stitch alliances with corporates to generate business.

• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices and can pitch for Multiple services catered by us

• Procure New Clients & Maintain the good relations with the existing client

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates should possess a high aptitude for learning, on the go and demonstrated persuasive abilities with a passion for perseverance and result oriented.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Familiarizing yourself with all Hardware, Sanitary and Paint products and services offered by us.

2. Procuring new suppliers/ Distributors through direct contact and meetings.

3. Convincing the supplier to become our strategic partner for supplying goods.

4. Negotiating the rates, Payment Terms & Logistics support.

5. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing suppliers to ensure that they are retained.

6. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

7. Actively participate in Promotional Activity.

Skill Requirement:

1)  Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

2) Sales experience in similar industry.

3) Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

4) Convincing skills, Sharp appearance

5) Good written and verbal communication skills.

Profile : SMM Specialist

Role & Responsibility

• Manage our company's social media accounts

• Increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social initiatives

• Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

• Acquire new followers by filling gaps in our marketing content output,

• Align our brand with new and emerging trends,

• Improve ROI through more consistently on-target messaging,

• Use social media tools to craft and release content to our social channels,

• Become an extension of the company’s brand to connect with existing customers, and acquire new ones.

• Analyze the company’s social strategy to make frequent improvement suggestions.

Skill Required

• 1-3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role.

• Portfolio of social media campaigns handled in the past.

• Having outstanding copywriting skills would be an added benefit.

• Adequate knowledge of web design, Video Post, and Google SEO

• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

• Familiarity with social media post schedulers like Hootsuite, Buffer, Publer, and AI Tools

• Diploma in Digital media, or related field.
